πŸ’ͺ🏻How to Get Big Arms πŸ’ͺ🏻 - People often ask me about my arms and how I have grown them over the years. More specifically they ask me how I got the veins that I have. Truth be told it is somewhat genetic. I have always had a solid bicep. My arms were really small back in the day, but when I would flex my biceps would pop out. Like little golf balls lol. - That being said, arm training has always been a priority for me over the years. A lot of people see arms as almost a day off, or a "fun workout." Don't get me wrong I love arm day, but my workouts are still hard and intense. I always included compound movements that leave me in pain. 😫 - Don't make the mistake of just going through the motions when it comes to arms. Don't let them become an after thought after you have "finished" your workout. Make them a priority and train heavy as well. Hit them at least 2 times per week and you will see them grow πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

9 D A Y S to ChristmasπŸŽ…πŸ» I don’t think I have a perfect body, and I never will. Nobody is perfect, and we will always have little things about ourselves here and there that we wish were better. But even though I don’t think I have a perfect body, I’m happy with it and the progress I’ve made on my fitness journey. I share these photos for a couple of reasons: 1) because having a fit lifestyle has made me so much more confident in myself and 2) because I hope to inspire others, guys and gals, to realize that living their best lives starts with being healthy. When you’re physically healthy, your chances of becoming mentally healthy increase. Remember to work out because you love your body, not because you hate it 🀩

What's my favorite way to prep for clients? Believe or not but I love to do full workouts and test exercises prior to assigning them. Just like them I learn by doing! It's the perfect time for working out kinks as well as inventing crazy moves. Gotta make sure they love, hate, then love me even more after each session 😜😜
