🔥 DAILY ACTIVITY 🔥 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Parlons un peu de dépense calorique📈 On me pose souvent des questions par rapport à l'alimentation 🍽️et aux entraînements🏋️: ➡️Tu manges quoi toi ?🍱 ➡️"tu manges vraiment tout ce que tu post ?" 🤳OU ALORS ➡️"Mec comment tu peux manger tout ça et pas être énorme ?"🐖 on me demande même parfois quels aliments ou whey prendre pour sécher...😭 Tout d'abord, aucun aliment te fera sécher❗C'est le fait d'être en déficit calorique que te fera perdre du poids↘️ Ensuite, tout le monde est différent. Ce n'est pas parce que tu manges🥞 et t'entraînes🏋️ comme moi que tu vas perdre↘️ou prendre du poids⤴️ Même si tu fais à 100% ce que je fais, que tu me suis telle mon ombre, ton corps réagira différemment🎭 C'est la génétique et on ne la change pas🆎 Il faut savoir que je suis en éducation physique🤸et donc je me dépense déjà énormément en dehors de la salle📊 En plus du sport à l'école, je vais 5 à 6x/semaine à la muscu 💪 tu imagines déjà ma dépense calorique ⚠️ En plus de ça, je fais les courses🛒 je vais à l'école en transports en commun🚊avant un entraînement j'aime bien me chauffer avec 10min de cardio💦 etc... Toutes ces petites choses font que je me dépense un maximum🔝et que je mange autant🥙🥗 J'ai aussi appris à connaître mon corps👌savoir quand il est fatigué💨quand je dois le nourrir🍠 etc. Mais tout comme la muscu🏋️ ça prend full temps⏳ et j'en apprends encore chaque jours📚 alors arrêter de vouloir copier les autres👬Ça ne sert à rien.
