Killed a glute and ham sesh in hopes that Thanksgiving foodz go straight to the glutes πŸ˜…πŸ™ (Lol not realistic) But srs- my mutual workout peeps P L E A S E do not go to the gym just to "burn off" yesterday's food. Go because you WANT to. Because you CAN. Overcompensating for yesterday's festivities is 1. Not a healthy way to view diet and exercise and 2. Is most likely going to set you up for failure in the future. Sure, you had some pie, maybe some stuffing, rolls (or 3 πŸ™Š), etc. Move on. It's food. You're going to be ok after one day! Pinky promise. If you view it negatively you're setting yourself up for a horrible cycle of cheat, under-eat, repeat. And that's NOT good. Reminisce over the time you got to spend with loved ones, and value those relationships you strengthened yesterday and throw away those negative nancy thoughts about food.
