Do you know the philosophy behind Mr. Sport? When I created this business, brand, character, persona; whatever you want to call it, I was just 17 years old. A young man on a mission. - Every evening after college, I'd get the 2 hour bus home, meet up with friends, and discuss what impact we wanted to have on the world, and those around us. Seems weird, but it really was the foundation of what we've built now. Some of the plans we discussed have changed. Some friends discovered they wanted different things from life, and others (including myself) stayed on course with what we had set out to do. Little did I know how tough this journey was going to be. - Nearly 8 years, hundreds of assignments completed, over a hundred books read, and over 1,000 hours of voluntary coaching completed, and we're finally finding our stride. Some of my friends have also gone into other areas of sport, health & business. There's been so many minor changes in my path, speed bumps and tests of will. This industry is one of the most competitive, and to make a name for yourself, you have to make a lot of financial & personal sacrifices. - The idea behind Mr. Sport was always about doing our very best to better ourselves. I can't even count the amount of times I've failed on my journey. But looking back I'm still so surprised & insanely humbled by how far we've come in such a short period. - I suppose the message is that if you truly want something, you'll find a way to do it. Keep persevering & eventually it will start to come together. Sacrifice who you are for who you want to become 🙏🏼

#tbt this was 2 years ago, just had my second coat of tan and ready for my #UKBFF show. Coached by @3dmjcoach which was a great experience, recommend that to anyone. Just finished an intense free training session at the gym, with purchase of my membership (Assuming to get me to spend on more sessions 🤔) BUT it was great because I’m terrible at core workouts, and this dude totally made me aware of ALL of my abdominal muscles by the end 😅 Moving forward, when I start to incorporate more core targeting workouts into my regime, it’s going to take me a while before I see them because...
