Never let your ego dismiss the fact that you gave wrong information. As a employeee save yourself from the embarrassment of just giving a answer! It's ok to not know. People don't like to say #idontknow . _________________________________________ I take zero issue's with saying "I don't know ". _________________________________________ If I don't know, I will find an answer. I want to make sure I'm always providing the best outcomes. The Shoppers of Answers will definitely shop if you provide them with inaccurate info. They hold a grudge forever even when you do get it right. . . . . #podcast #podcasting #entrepeneur #ceo #careertips #facts #business #korpSPIracy #startupgrind #startuplife #newbiz #launch #creativepreneur #contentcreator #mycreativebiz #digitalinfluence #businesswoman #businessman #workplace #answers #influence #storyteller #creativebrand #soaringeagle #shoppers #coaching #realtalk
So we tried something a bit different today. Pyramids have been used for many different purposes throughout human history including burial, worship, astrological tracking, blood sacrifice and the like. In order: 1/ Tikal was built during in the period of the Mayan civilization. The city was home to 60 000 Mayans at its height. The site contains giant sculptures of kwasi-humanoid heads as well as stone glyphs. Metopes containing Mayan battle scenes and human sacrifice line the site. 2/ The Dhammayan Gyi Pagoda in modern day Myanmar (Burma) was built as a temple by King Narathu. The temple is the largest in Bagan. According to Burmese chronicles the king was assassinated by either Indian or Sihalese invaders during the construction of the temple. 3/ The Louvre is the world's largest art museum and houses a plethora of art pieces and artifacts and stands in Paris, France as a major tourist attraction. The Louvre itself was originally built as a fortress called the Louvre Palace in the 1100s. Talk of adding a glass pyramid to the Richelieu wing started in the late 19th century but only materialised a century later. The geometrical style was originally disliked by locals. 4/ The Meroe pyramids were built by Kushite rulers in the southern region of the Nile known as Nubia. Like the Egyptians, the Nubians also worshipped a similar pantheon of gods and buried their rulers with pyramids in a grand Necropolis. 5/ The Inca were the largest empire in the Americas before the arrival of Europeans. Machu Picchu, Cusco sat high in the mountains above the Sacred Valley. It was built as an estate for the emperor, Pachacuti, and stood as a citadel thereafter. Machu Picchu holds many high terraces and is today a UNESCO world heritage site. 🏛🌄🎑🌌🏔 #history #pyramids #architecture #ilovehistory #coolhistory #pyramids #myanmar #guatemala #giza #pyramidsofgiza #pharoah #paris #louvre #france #monument #facts #fact #peru #machupicchu #nubia #amenitore #ancient #maya #inca #incatrail
