Thanksgiving workout, yes I got my sweat on before stuffed my face...guilt free ya now 馃槑 Couldn鈥檛 make it to the gym but I kicked my excuses to the curb and got my dumbbells, resistance bands and made it happen 馃檶馃徏 recorded everything for you guys. @adonisathleticsgranville athlete @alpha.quebec making control gains with this beltless 128kg Alex used to squat with a bounce however he would collapse through his trunk. For me, this shows poor motor control and should be the emphasis in his squatting program. Here he is with 128, beltless, 2kg off his previous best of 130 (belted)
So I'm a little over 2 years into this health and fitness journey, and let me tell you, I've tried so so many different things along the way and experimented with multiple food and exercise regimes. Currently 22kgs down from September 2015 - when I really got serious about my health. Total of 37kgs down from my heaviest roughly 4/5 years ago (First pic) So thought I'd chuck together a few top tips I've found to be the biggest keys to weight loss. . 鈥ut the sugar, seriously! Now you don't have to completely cut it out, but you want to cut at least %80 of your consumption down. I noticed my results significantly speed up when i done this. . 鈥ove your body! Walk, swim, bike or gym at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Adapt time and intensity to your workouts once you're no longer challenged. Break a sweat! . 鈥tay away from fast food, limit intake to once a week. It has no nutritional value after you take into account hugely high amounts of fats, sugar, sodium & carbohydrates. Opt for taking lunch to work and cooking your own meals. Eating healthy foods is paramount for weightloss. . 鈥et smaller goals, more frequently.
