- 💥Training with a busy lifestyle?💥 - - 1️⃣Plan ahead. Include writing down your schedule in every morning to make sure you are organized and ready to go for the day. I have been doing this in the past couple of months as im studying and working full time - 2️⃣ Be flexible with training. Being flexible helps with consistency and adherence in long term. Cutting out your workout short is not going to have a significant impact on your progress. Just move on! - 3️⃣Wake up earlier or sleep less. Obviously, sleep is an important fact in making progress in the gym. But if you are getting more than sufficient sleep (7-8 hours per night) then you can sleep less to find time to train - 4️⃣Prioritize! If training is more important than other events during the day, then train first. If its not then do the important ones first. Accept the consequences of your decisions - 5️⃣Spend less time in the gym. Make your workouts more efficient by talking to less people or include supersets within exercises - 6️⃣If financially possible reduce work. This is clearly not appropriate for everyone but if training is very important then work less.
